What is the turn around time?	Turn around time for Collection Pieces is 4-6 business days. Turn around time for custom Pieces is 7-10 business days from the time we receive your order.
Do you ship internationally?	We will ship internationally. An additional $20 special shipping fee is added to all international orders.
Can you combine more than one photo to make a single Piece?	We are happy to combine more than one image to achieve the Piece you desire. Keep in mind that additional fees may be applied depending on the amount of editing needed to successfully combine the different images, in which case you will be contacted by a PBP representative.
I only have hard copies of my photos. What should I do?	Orders are completed much faster with digital photos. If you are unable to scan and upload your photo, all hard copies can be mailed to *Johnnie’s address* Your photo will be returned with your finished Piece.
What happens if I receive my Piece and one or more panels are damaged?	Contact us through email or at 1-800-972-4302. Any missing component, broken back, or glass will be replaced promptly and free of charge.
What is your return policy?	Satisfaction is guarunteed. In the event you are not satisfied with your Piece we will correct any mistake until it reaches your satisfaction. If we still cannot satisfy you you will receive a full refund excluding a $50 setup fee.

My piece is segmented into 9 panels. How will I know how to hang it correctly?	A mounting template is included with each Piece. The back of each panel will be labeled with a letter corresponding to the template so you know how to correctly hang your Piece.
